Fibre, Farming and Regeneration

Wovenbeyond is a regenerative fibre company reconnecting farming, craft and design through natural yarns, innovative fibre systems and education.

Why Wovenbeyond exists

For centuries, fibres connected people to landscapes, seasons and communities. Yet today, much of the textile industry has become disconnected from the natural systems on which it depends.

After more than a decade working in the global fashion industry, our founder, Gloria Mazzer, saw first-hand the challenges hidden behind modern supply chains: synthetic materials, waste, lack of transparency and growing pressure on both people and the environment.

Wovenbeyond was created to explore a different possibility.

We believe fibres can do more than become products. They can help restore value to farming, support rural communities, celebrate craftsmanship and contribute to healthier ecosystems.

Through natural yarns, regenerative sourcing and collaborative projects, we are working to reconnect the textile industry with the land – one fibre at a time.

Meet Gloria Mazzer

Wovenbeyond was founded by Gloria Mazzer, whose career in the global luxury fashion industry gave her first-hand insight into how modern supply chains operate.

Over more than a decade working within international fashion businesses, Gloria developed a deep understanding of product development, sourcing and commercial operations. Along the way, she became increasingly aware of the disconnect between the products reaching consumers and the environmental and social systems that make them possible.

Rather than accepting business as usual, she began exploring how fashion could create value beyond the finished product – supporting farmers, rural communities, biodiversity and the regeneration of natural ecosystems.

Today, through Wovenbeyond and BeyondWool, Gloria works at the intersection of fibres, farming and fashion, helping reconnect the people, landscapes and supply chains that shape the materials we use every day.
